Liverpool have secured the services for Naby Keita from 1st July 2018.
This will represent a major transfer coup for Liverpool who have been tracking the Guinean all summer.
Liverpool had already had two offers for the 22-year-old midfielder rejected, with Leipzig insistent to hold onto their player for this season at least, but now a deal has been reached that will allow Keita to stay until next summer.
It’s a fair compromise for Jurgen Klopp, who has been determined to get his man. Now its just a matter of waiting until the end of the season when, if the rumour mill is to be believed, Philippe Coutinho will also be allowed to leave for Barcelona.
