Arsenal took a major step toward the Carabao Cup final last night with a 3-2 victory over Chelsea in their semi-final first leg.
Ben White opened the scoring early, followed by a first goal in 11 matches for Viktor Gyokeres.
Despite a spirited double from Chelsea’s Alejandro Garnacho, a composed finish from Martin Zubimendi ensured the Gunners carry a slender lead into the second leg.
