Chelsea are set to sign Everton midfielder Ross Barkley for £15m.
The 24-year-old famously turned down a £25m move to Stamford Bridge in the final hours of transfer deadline day back in August.
But, with his Everton contract due to expire at the end of the season, this deal will be of greater benefit to the player at the expense of the fee to Everton.
Ironically, Barkley has yet to play a game this season because of a hamstring surgery but is now approaching match fitness, just in time for his move to London.
He been at Everton for 13 years since joining as a schoolboy, playing 150 times for the club in the Premier League and scoring 21 goals.
