Chelsea officially launch minimalistic 2026/27 home kit

Chelsea have formally unveiled their new home kit for the upcoming campaign across all official channels.

Nike has opted for a highly-debated, minimalistic aesthetic.

The traditional multi-colored club crest has been replaced entirely by a vintage, standalone golden Chelsea lion interwoven into the bright blue fabric.

The design also features distinct golden claw marks across the shoulders and neck.

The club took a unique approach to the launch, bypassing traditional leak culture by executing a “spotted in the wild” campaign.

Over the last month, celebrities like pop icon Madonna, golfer Justin Rose, and singer Noah Kahan were photographed wearing the kit globally.

The men’s squad will debut the strip on the pitch during their pre-season opener against Western Sydney Wanderers on July 28.
