N’Golo Kante has pipped Karim Benzema and Kylian Mbappe to be named France’s French Player of the Year for 2017.
The Chelsea midfielder received 92 votes, five more than Mbappe and 40 more than third-placed Benzema.
The 26-year-old was also ranked 8th in the 2017 Ballon d’Or and 9th in the Best FIFA Men’s Player award earlier this year.
