New Tottenham Hotspur head coach Roberto De Zerbi has begun his tenure by finalising his backroom staff.
The Italian has brought in fitness coach Marcattilio Marcattilio and development coach Marcello Quinto to help revitalise a squad currently sitting just one point above the relegation zone.
De Zerbi is reportedly planning a significant tactical shift for his debut match against Sunderland this weekend. With Spurs facing the genuine threat of a historic demotion, the new boss has focussed his initial training sessions on defensive solidity and high intensity pressing.
Sean Dyche, who was previously linked with the role, has publicly backed the appointment, noting that De Zerbi is the right man to stabilise the North London club.
