In the biggest shock of the weekend, Tottenham Hotspur have finally moved out of the bottom three after a 2-1 win away at Aston Villa.
Facing a heavily rotated Villa side focused on their Europa League semi-final, Spurs took an early lead through Conor Gallagher before Richarlison doubled the advantage.
The victory, following their 1-0 win over Wolves last weekend, marks the first time Spurs have won consecutive league matches in 2026.
Roberto De Zerbi’s side now sits in 17th place on 37 points, one point ahead of West Ham United, who slip into the relegation zone after a draw with Newcastle.
Villa remain in 5th place but have seen their lead over Bournemouth shrink to six points.
