The managerial situation at Tottenham Hotspur has taken a fresh turn as the club reportedly opened discussions with former Monaco boss Adi Hutter.
Spurs are currently languishing in 17th place, just one point above the relegation zone, following a demoralising 3-0 home defeat to Nottingham Forest.
While interim manager Igor Tudor remains in his post for now, his position is considered untenable after securing only one victory during his short tenure.
Tudor’s circumstances are further complicated by the tragic passing of his father, Mario, over the weekend, leading to increased expectations that a “mutual parting” will be announced during the international break.
Hutter, who left Monaco late last year, is seen as a candidate capable of providing an immediate tactical lift.
Meanwhile, Roberto De Zerbi remains a fan favourite for the role, though reports suggest he would prefer a fresh start in the summer rather than a mid-season rescue mission.
