Donny van de Beek has given Erik ten Hag an ultimatum.
The 26-year-old Dutch midfielder has played just 21 minutes of football for Man Utd this season and says he wants more game time or he’s leaving in January.
He has also revealed he was close to joining Real Sociedad in the summer but talks broke down at the last minute, hinting at a possible move there in the New Year.
“The time comes when a decision has to be made,” he told Diario AS. “I have to start playing games very soon, if it’s not possible at United, then I will go to another club.
“I think this is a healthy ambition. I make a good living at United, but money has never been my motivation.
“I was close to going to Real Sociedad, but at the last minute, the clubs could not reach an agreement.”
