Yves Bissouma has completed a medical at Tottenham ahead of a £35m move from Brighton.
Spurs will pay an initial £25m with £10m in performance-related add-ons agreed with the south coast club.
The 25-year-old Mali international will become Antonio Conte’s third summer signing after goalkeeper Fraser Forster and Ivan Perisic joined earlier this month.
