Arsenal and Liverpool are apparently both interested in Willian Pacho, according to Sky Germany reporter, Florian Plettenberg.
The 22-year-old Ecuadorian centre-back would be allowed to leave Eintracht Frankfurt if an offer in the region of €50-60m is received, apparently.
