Chelsea are close to agreeing a £55m deal with Leeds United to sign Raphinha.
The Brazilian left-winger, who has also been a target for Arsenal, Barcelona and Tottenham, is due to open discussions over personal terms with Chelsea this week.
He will become the second key player to leave Leeds after Kalvin Phillips move to Manchester City.
The Blues are on a mission to strengthen the squad after a disappointing season and are also being linked with Man City’s Raheem Sterling, Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembele and Everton’s Richarlison.
