Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has completed his £35m move from Arsenal to Liverpool, after passing his medical on Wednesday night and agreeing personal terms.
“I’m delighted to have signed for Liverpool and a big thank you to everyone here at the FA that has made this possible, using the facilities,” he told Sky.
“I’m not going to say too much. I’m here with England and we’ve got two big games coming up, so I want to focus on them. But I can’t wait to get to Melwood.”

Meanwhile all has gone quiet on the Virgil Van Dijk front but its not completely dead in the water. There may well be a late bid from Liveprool that Southampton will be unable to refuse.
Thomas Lemar’s future is also uncertain, with Arsenal and Liverpool battling it out for the Monaco midfielder. He has rejected a whopping £92m bid from the Gunners, insisting he wants to go to Liverpool.
The Reds agreed a £6m fee for a season-long loan spell with Wolfsburg for Divock Origi, with the German club paying the Belgian forward’s wages.
All is quiet on the Philippe Coutinho front. There’s been nothing from Barcelona since their latest rejected bid at the start of the week. Let’s hope it stays that way.
