Liverpool have reportedly approached Ruben Amorim as they seek to find a replacement for Jurgen Klopp this summer.
The Sporting boss is now favourite for the Anfield job after Xabi Alonso’s decision to stay at Bayer Leverkusen.
According to FootMercato, Liverpool have already started discussions with the Portuguese coach’s agent, who is also that of Luis Diaz. Apparently, Amorim has a £20m release clause in his contract, which could make negotiations easier.
