Despite being linked with Juventus and Ajax, Tottenham are refusing to consider a January loan move for Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Spurs already rejected a loan offer from Atletico Madrid in the summer after a £30m permanent deal fell through.
It now looks like the club are holding out for a January offer from Man Utd, who have been keeping a close eye on developments.
