Igor Thiago inspired Brentford to a dominant 4-2 victory over Everton at the Hill Dickinson Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The Brazilian forward opened the scoring in the 11th minute and completed a clinical hat-trick with goals in the 51st and 88th minutes.
The home side struggled defensively, conceding a second just after halftime when Nathan Collins headed home from a corner.
Despite a brief rally sparked by Beto’s header and a stoppage-time goal from Thierno Barry—both assisted by Jack Grealish—the Toffees were comfortably outclassed. The result lifts Brentford to seventh, while Everton drops to 12th.
