Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has criticised Arsene Wenger for talking publicly about Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who is reportedly agreed a three-and-a-half year deal to join Arsenal.
The Arsenal boss said Aubameyang would “fit in” at Arsenal when asked on Thursday.
It’s no secret that the Gunners want to sign the £60m-rated Gabon forward, but its not the done thing for a manager to comment without having already made contact with the player’s club.
“We regard it as disrespectful that Arsene Wenger expresses himself about players of other clubs,” said Zorc.
“There is no contact on our part with Arsenal. Arsene Wenger certainly has enough currently to deal with the performance of his own players.”
