Arsenal have submitted a third bid worth £105m for West Ham midfielder Declan Rice.
The Gunners have already had two bids for the 24-year-old England international rejected after their offers fell short of the Hammers’ £100m asking price, but it is unclear whether this latest bid is likely to succeed.
The offer is reportedly £100m plus £5m in add-ons, which would equal the British record Man City paid for Jack Grealish, but West Ham appear to be holding out for more, possibly from Man City who have been keeping a close eye on developments.
Rice has scored 15 goals in 245 games for West Ham since making his debut in 2016-17. He’s been capped 41 times for England and established himself as a key member of Gareth Southgate’s squad.
